Material Properties

All scaffolding components are built of industrial tubes that are made of S235JR structural steel (yield strength 235 MPa) conforming to the DIN 2394, TS EN 10305-3 and TS EN 10219-1/2 standards.

Load Class
The stair tower system was designed in accordance with load class 4 of the TS EN 12811-1 standard, schedule 3. Service load on the working area is accepted to be 3 kN/m2 (300 kg/m2). Scaffolding platforms are not allowed to carry loads higher than 300 kg/m2. In addition, any single load heavier than 300 kg cannot be applied on an area smaller than 50cmx50cm, and any single load heavier than 100 kg cannot be applied on an area smaller than 20cmx20cm.
