» The cup-lock type formwork shoring system consists of horizontal and vertical members.
» Up to 4 horizontal connections can be made in all directions to the joints on the props.
» Any fastening element is not needed for connections to the cup-lock member.
» It can be easily assembled and disassembled with a single hit of a hammer. Since there is no fastening element, it saves time, workmanship and cost.
» The system can be used safely at any desired height and width.
» When horizontal members are connected to the props at 0.5 meter intervals, a load bearing capacity of 6 tonnes is achieved.
» Walkways are made of perforated panels for safety purposes. They are safely integrated to the system by use of special connection locks.
» All system components are manufactured automatically by inert-gas welding robots.
» Fastening members are fixed to vertical components.
