Shoring Scaffolding Systems
Flamod is a flanged type scaffolding system used in facade works and as a shoring solution under formworks. Being able to smoothly adapt to any type of application, the Flamod scaffolding system can be easily and practically assembled and disassembled. It can be easily used for working areas with various geometrical asymmetries.
» Vertical load bearing components of the system are equipped with flanges with 8 mm wall thickness, at intervals of 50 cm.
» Dovetail elements with length values between 50 and 300 cm are used as horizontal members of the system.
» Two wooden or metal platforms are used for every single module of the system.
» Metal stairs used in the Flamod shoring system provide both easy and safe access between different working levels.
» The system is assembled on adjustable-height base supports.
» The distance between the scaffolding and the facade can be adjusted, and the system is anchored to the building facade by use of special fasteners.
» The whole system is TSE certified and built of tubes with mechanical conformity tests.
» All main vertical load bearing members and horizontal members of the system are built of Ø48x3 mmsteel industrial tubes.
» Welded joints are formed by certified welding operators with inert-gas welding.
