Masamod Frame Type Formwork Shoring Scaffolding is a scaffolding model designed and certified according to EN 12812, EN 12813 and used as carrier scaffolding under floors and beams. Masamod® frame type formwork scaffolding is a scaffolding system brand of YAPEKSAN.


Masamod scaffolding system is a heavy load formwork scaffolding that is generally used as formwork support in structures where the distance between floors and slab concrete thickness are high. Masamod scaffolding system has a very rigid structure with its frame system and horizontal and diagonal elements.


System Features:
» Frame vertical members of the system are built of Ø60x3 mmor Ø60x4 mm tubes depending on the project, while Ø48x3mm tubes are used for frame horizontal members.
» Other horizontal and diagonal members of the system are built of Ø34x2.5 mm or Ø38x2.5 mm tubes depending on the project.
» The whole system is TSE certified and built of tubes with mechanical conformity tests.

Material Properties:
» All scaffolding components are built of industrial tubes that are made of Fe37structural steel conforming to the DIN 2394, TS EN 10305-3 and TS EN 10219-1/2 standards (yield strength 235 MPa).
